Pre Requisite: Completion of a 5 session Package with an IRT Certified Facilitator before training starts.

Training Hours: 6 hours each day with a break every 2 hours.

Descriptions:

Introduction to IRT Level 1 Facilitator Training:  A 4-day training.

We start with a whole day of FOUNDATIONAL OVERVIEW: What is IRT?

NEXT 3 DAYS FULL ON EXPERIENCE. There will be demos and full experiential practice with each other in breakout sessions, with support and feedback, leading to a beginning of creating your own worded templates of IRT, with a view to greater confidence before practicing with others.

Practicum:  For 2 months – Practice with 11 separate clients with 1 to 5 documented sessions each, completing with a verbal report to Maureen as a prerequisite to Certification is required. Support during your practicum is included in your fee, including a group check-in 1 week later to  make sure all are off to a good start with a clear understanding, followed by a 2 hour group support meeting after a month, half-way through practicum. Individual support as requested.

IRT Level 1 Facilitator Certification Completion:  A 4 day training where we bring our successes, challenges and questions together for next level understandings with more experiential breakout practice plus demos. We will also get additional training on Advanced Applications as well as how to integrate other modalities. You will be refining and polishing your version of the IRT Protocol, strengthening your confidence to set up a professional IRT practice. When complete, you are eligible to be listed on Maureen’s IRT website Facilitator Page.

IRT Level 2 Master Facilitator Certification: A 4 Day Deeper Dive into the structure and science of IRT in order to have the width of understanding of IRT’s limitless potential.

Pre-Requisites:  Level 1 Facilitator Certification

Practicum for 4 months – A total of 33 Clients which is an additional 22 Clients with 5 session packages each, over a 4 month continuing practicum, including monthly 1 hour trainings to discuss reading material together with updates on current discoveries and how old and new information relates to IRT.
